I just got a recorded message from a woman warning that my line would be cut off today. My phone number isn’t listed anywhere and I’ve been signed up to the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) ages to avoid these kinds of cold calls. Talk Talk, seriously, how on earth did these dodgy callers manage to get hold of my details? What steps are you taking to stop this happening again?
