Got a call from some bloke with a foreign accent claiming I had over £2k owed by my bank. He wanted me to confirm my name and address first. Then he told me to call 09131240701 to talk to someone who’d "verify" me and start the refund - supposedly free of charge. Yeah, right. I didn’t bother ringing them. Not daft enough to fall for that rubbish or think I'd get money just like that. Complete rip off. Watch out, it’s a total con.
