They’ve cleverly crafted it to make you believe you're engaging with a real person, but it’s obvious it's just a machine churning out scripted lines. It’s rather infuriating, especially since you can’t lodge a grievance with the Telephone Preference Service for these non-human calls!

Hello there! I've been receiving numerous calls from this lot, and it's quite frustrating. The staff seem to be stuck on some sort of script and don’t really pay heed to what I’m saying, no matter how many times I ask them to stop calling. It's like they’re in a relentless loop! Even when I attempt to ring them back, I get a message saying I’ve dialled a number that doesn’t exist. Quite baffling, really! Does anyone have advice on how to put an end to this nonsense?
