A person said they were 'Suzanne' from BT tech support, but the moment I heard that, I told them I'd ring back using the official BT number since BT normally uses my landline, not my mobile. As soon as I mentioned that, 'Suzanne' (who honestly didn’t sound like she should be called that) just hung up. Pretty sure it was one of those dodgy scam calls.
