This number has been persistently ringing my phone.

This number popped up on my phone earlier today. I figured it was just some annoying telemarketer, but then out of nowhere a robotic voice said "goodbye" and the call ended. Sounded pretty odd to me. I've since signed up on a call blocking website to try and cut down on these rubbish calls.

Got a call from a bloke with a foreign accent asking for someone I’ve never heard of. I told him to take me off his call list, though I doubt that’ll actually stop him! I’m on the TPS, so these calls shouldn’t even be happening.
