Got a call later on, but the area code was unfamiliar so I just let it ring out.

I can’t say for certain, but when I answered, there was this odd silence before some mechanical voice began to chime in. That was enough for me to end the call right there and then.

Got a call from somewhere called Bodmin or summat like that. I don’t know anyone living there, so I just left it ring out.

I didn’t bother hanging around for the call to continue, there was that typical gap then the robotic voice started, so I just ended the call. Seeing it's run by some firm in Belgium that uses local numbers but is actually based down in southern England, it definitely seems dodgy. My advice? Just don’t pick up if you get a call from them.
