I answered the call but they just dropped it, I have no clue who it could be as I don’t know this number!

Sometimes I get calls from unknown numbers and I just decline and block them. But this time, the call from this number picked up on its own and I didn’t say anything. Weirdly, after just two seconds the call dropped. I tried asking who it was several times but nobody answered. Very strange.

A caller claimed to be from the local council, insisting their records indicated I’d been involved in an accident within the past three years. The moment I suggested they might just encounter a little accident themselves if they kept pestering me, they promptly ended the call!
