Honestly, if nobody bothered to respond to cold calls, they’d probably quit pretty quickly. But since some people do pick up, these companies keep at it. I personally don’t entertain or engage with any cold callers, and anytime a business rings me out of the blue or sends junk mail, I make a point of never giving them my custom. Been doing that for ages and it’s worked well so far.
