In both August and September, I noticed £13.50 taken from my account linked to this number 01206 700631, and also a text from line 60133. The firms involved are dealzshakes and clickshakes BZ. Totally a scam, watch out!

I’ve ended up getting billed over and over again, and it’s now gone up to £17.75. I haven’t got a clue how to put a stop to it.

On the 27th of June 2022, I noticed three separate £1.50 deductions on my bill that I never agreed to. They all happened at exactly the same time, around 14:02.58. This isn’t something I gave permission for. I’ve already contacted both the company and my phone provider via email (see below). Hoping to sort this out quick and get my money back. ----------------------------------------------------------- Subject: Unauthorised £1.50 Charges on Mobile Account From: Jim Leech ([email protected]) Sent: Monday, 25 July 2022, 15:41 To: [email protected] and one other I spotted three charges of £1.50 on 27/06/22 on my ID Mobile bill, all at 14:02:58, which I never approved. Could you please clarify what these were for and arrange a refund asap? Kindly stop any further debits from my account. Thanks, Jim Leech

Beware of this company, it sends you texts that say you have to pay for the call. Total scam.

They’re making me pay £1.50 every minute just for spam messages I didn’t ask for. Completely unnecessary and a total rip-off.
