10 yearsI received a call out of the blue about my pension - the chap on the other end claimed he was drafting a report for me, which I certainly never requested. He abruptly hung up before I could get a single question in. Since that odd encounter, I’ve attempted three times to connect with them, only to be stuck on hold, listening to the same monotonous line about how ‘your call matters to us’ for what felt like an eternity, only to be cut off at the six-minute mark.
