Beware, it’s a total scam. They pretend to be from Visa’s fraud team and mention some suspicious charges on your account. They say they’ll sort it out and then say they’ll connect you to Action Fraud to report the issues and catch the criminals. When the call switches over, they try to get you to visit certain websites and dig for your personal info. That’s when I ended the call and contacted my bank directly instead.
