Today I tried blocking the number because I thought it was a new one but turns out it’s already blocked? How on earth does that work? These scammers are the worst!

Somebody called me claiming to be from NHS Health & Social Care. When I asked for a direct number to ring them back on, they just gave me the emergency 111 line. Their questions were about life insurance, and they tried to sound legit by asking about how many Covid jabs I'd had. When I pushed for a real callback number instead of 111, they just dropped the call. Be careful and don’t share any personal details with these lot - definitely scammers!

I got a call claiming to be from the NHS. They asked if I’d had my two Covid jabs, then if I’d been offered a third booster. When I said no, they asked if I lived at my address, and then if I had life insurance. I told them I was busy and to stop bothering me, then ended the call. Not even two minutes later, the same number called again saying they just wanted to offer insurance. Told them to buzz off and never ring me again.

this number kept ringing me, and weirdly the guy on the line knew my first name, even though ive never met him before. hes called me loads of times, switching numbers each time - ive got a list of them now. most calls come in the afternoon, but one time was on a saturday too. everytime i hear his voice, i just put the phone down straight away because it feels off and honestly kinda creeps me out. i think he might be using some trick to disguise his real number.
