I keep getting calls from this number every single day, yet they never bother to leave a message. I've managed to block it, but now I'm getting pestered by another number that looks quite similar. Quite frustrating, really!

I keep receiving calls from the same bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from a debt advisory firm based in Manchester. I decided to hang up and attempt to block the number, suspecting it was just another variation of the previous one. Strangely, it turns out the number is already on my blocked list – how on earth is that even possible? These dodgy scammers just don’t quit!

I received a call regarding financial assistance, but when I expressed my lack of interest, they had the audacity to respond with a rather rude comment, calling me an absolute pillock.

I recommend steering clear of calls from unfamiliar numbers. If they happen to leave a voicemail, you can decide how you wish to respond. But if there's no message left, then it’s really not an issue at all!

The health insurance perks related to the COVID-19 hub? Absolutely nonsense!

I decided to pass on answering that call. Having gone through the remarks on this site, I’ve now made up my mind to add the number to my block list.

No response received.

Received a call from someone purporting to be from Citizens Advice, but they mispronounced my name entirely. Their accent was distinctly Indian, and before I could say much, they abruptly ended the call. Quite unsettling!

I received a call purporting to be from NHS Social Care, but they started prying into life insurance details based on what I've found elsewhere. Seems highly dubious, if you ask me. I mean, when does a public service make unsolicited calls about insurance? Definitely sounds like a scam to me!

I received a rather dubious call claiming to be from the NHS, insisting they were giving away complimentary life insurance for those who have had both vaccinations, supposedly on behalf of the government. It’s clearly a scam. When I probed the caller for more specifics, they abruptly hung up on me. I suspect this individual might be operating from abroad while spoofing UK landline numbers.

Claimed to be ringing from some credit agency. I politely declined the offer.

However, as soon as they understood I was having a bit of fun with them and was keen on leading them on, they abruptly ended the call! Quite amusing, really.

They said they were with the NHS, but then they pried into how much I was shelling out for life insurance. It felt a bit dodgy, so I decided to hang up. Not long after, the same number rang again, insisting they were from the NHS once more. When I mentioned I was paying £8, they seemed incredulous and asked me the same question repeatedly. It struck me as very odd, so I hung up again.

They’re evidently fishing for details about my life insurance and the premiums I’ve been paying, as apparently the NHS is pressuring insurers to cough up if someone succumbs to COVID. I told him to take a hike.

I've been receiving constant calls from this number, and there’s never a voicemail left to identify who it is. Seems like it could just be a sales tactic, so best to exercise some caution.
