Don't fall for this one, it's definitely a con. A smooth-talking woman pretending to be from TalkTalk will ring you up. She'll try and make you believe your internet router is faulty and that it's caused a virus on your laptop. Then she'll ask to get access so she can fix it. They even promise to give you a refund for the trouble, and send you a link to "process" the refund. But really, they just steal cash from your bank. If you get one of these calls, just hang up immediately and never ever let them into your computer!
