I received a call today from a woman, likely of Asian descent, who wanted me to participate in a survey. She assured me it would only take a couple of minutes, so I thought, why not? However, once I agreed, she launched into a barrage of personal questions that went on for a full 15 minutes! It soon became clear that this was just a survey scam and certainly not a reputable organisation.

They requested that I verify my name and address, information they already possessed. Claimed it was sourced from a "UK database compliant with GDPR," which is complete rubbish as no such database exists and such practices would violate GDPR rules. It's quite alarming they had my address on hand, although I refrained from confirming it. When I insisted they take my details off their list, they simply ended the call.

I received a call earlier, and when I inquired about the caller's identity, they mentioned they were from "British Nation" and were looking to ask me a couple of questions. I decided it was best to terminate the call.
