A lady with an Indian accent rang me, but the line was terrible so I couldn't really make out which company she was from, even after I asked her to repeat herself a few times. She said she was checking on my internet service with TalkTalk, but I told her I wasn't a TalkTalk customer. She just carried on chatting about the provider not being important. It all felt dodgy, so I just hung up rather than waste time figuring out what she was up to. I've blocked the number since then.
