Never heard of Quick Collections before. They've been constantly calling me about a £40 debt, really aggressive and quite rude. I checked online and found out the company supposedly doesn't exist anymore. Can't find any other details about them anywhere.

Got a call from Quick Collect about an old debt linked to a past broadband provider. After doing some digging and providing the info they needed, turns out they were correct. The people on the line were quite nice and cooperative. Obviously, since they deal with chasing debts, you expect them to be quite persistent. I settled the debt and made sure to get a receipt as proof of the full payment, just in case any problems pop up later. Haven't had any contact from them since.

Got a voicemail from them on 18/2/21. It was a firm named Quick Collect claiming I owe £27.99 for an old bill with Supanet, but I already settled a £600 payment to end my contract back in September 2020. Tried calling them back but couldn’t get through, and there’s no email to contact either. Not sure if it’s legit or just a scam. Seen plenty of others online saying the same thing.

My sister received a letter from Quick Collect saying she owes £300.80 to Supanet but there was no reference or phone number on it. I decided to ring this Bolton number to get some answers. When I spoke to someone, they told me their office was actually in Blackburn at Greenbank Business Park. I asked if I could pop down there to sort it face to face but was told the office would be locked and nobody would be available to talk to. Seems a bit dodgy to me. Plus, the bloke on the phone mentioned a big discount if the money was paid all in one go, which didn’t sound right at all. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? What should I do next?

A firm named Quick Collect contacted me about an alleged unpaid debt for SUPANET and wanted me to call them. I never phoned back as I don’t owe SUPANET any money. I bought the router off them back in October 2012 and still have bank statements to prove it, but I keep getting strange letters which I just ignore now. Avoid ringing this number. I reckon this company is linked to SUPANET since they use the same address.

Got a call from someone who sounded Pakistani and was really aggressive, telling me I owed £69 right away for a router. I checked with TalkTalk and they said they don’t even sell routers for that price. Not only are they trying to scam you by charging way too much for the router, but they also slap on extra admin fees. They call from different geographic landline numbers too, so it’s impossible to block all their annoying calls. Sneaky, pushy, and downright rude is putting it mildly. Honestly, I’d tell anyone to deal with these lot exactly how they treat you - pretty bluntly!

These con artists have been bothering my elderly mum, sending her two letters. The latest one threatens legal trouble unless she coughs up £189 for a debt supposedly owed to an internet firm, Supanet, which she hasn’t had anything to do with for ages. Oddly, the letter leaves out any direct contact details for Supanet, only giving a number for some so-called debt collectors called Quick Collect. It’s all just a bluff to frighten her. I’m planning to take the letter to the police since mum doesn’t owe a penny, and hopefully they can alert others about this kind of scam like you’re doing here. Great job, cheers!

Weird thing, the letter doesn’t even include any contact details for Supanet, just this number for a supposed debt collection firm called Quick Collect. It’s clearly just a scare tactic. Supanet have always been a bunch of crooks. I sent my router back to: Supanet TCS Support Centre, Time Technology Park Blackburn Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB12 7TW back in 2014. I’m sure loads of you did the same.

Got an email claiming I owed £66 to Supanet and hadn’t returned Reuter. I left that provider about eight years ago and never owed them a penny. Felt a bit scared they might take legal steps and was even thinking about paying just to stop worrying. But after seeing everyone else’s stories here, I’ve decided to just ignore that email and move on. Seems like a total scam, just a scary one!

Got a couple of letters saying I owe £19 to Supanet from 6 years back. I’m certain I’ve had Sky for the past 10 years and cleared any Supanet bills ages ago. I rang twice asking for my account details but got nothing back. Now, this number sent me a text saying they’re trying to reach me but no one’s actually contacted me. Rang them again to ask for my account statement. They say they emailed it on the 24th but I haven’t seen anything. This company is dodgy, someone older might just pay up without question, even if they don’t owe a penny.

Got a letter saying I owe £7.77 and to call a number, but there's no address to send anything back to. It's a badly printed note and we haven't been with Supanet for more than eight years. Pretty sure it's a scam, reported it to Ask Tony and Trading Standards. The last line was a big red flag, saying if you don’t return equipment you’ll be charged. A legit letter would have a return address, payment slip, account number, and proof that you actually owe the money. These people should be called out for being scammers. If an older person received this, they could easily get tricked by it.

The letters are getting pretty scary but I don’t owe Time Talk a penny. I used them over three years ago, and it was a disaster - they kept changing my bill, sometimes over £70 some months. Took me a year to finally cancel. Smells like a scam to me, why wouldn’t they use an official company? Not paying a thing.

The return address on the envelope is the same as Supanet, which just shows how desperate they must be getting.

We’ve got two bills adding up to £370 that seem totally made up. We’re getting loads of emails and texts hassling us. These scammers from Bolton keep sending me letters about some debt that I don’t actually owe. It all started when they rang me pretending to be from Sky, saying I could get an upgraded package, but I'd need to pay for a new box. I told them I didn’t want the upgrade, but they insisted I still needed to pay for the box. I was feeling ill and pretty tired then, so I didn’t think much of it. Later, when I realised what was happening, I noticed they’d taken £51 from me without permission. I asked for my money back, but the bloke on the phone just refused. I told him they’d scammed me and I’d report it. I got in touch with my bank, who managed to refund the money straight away, confirming it was fraud. I also spoke to my real Sky provider, who said everything was fine on their end and to ignore the scammers pretending to be them. Now these fraudsters are chasing the same £51 they already lost. What a pathetic, greedy bunch of con artists. Absolute joke!
