On the evening of 26/01/2018, around 8:30pm until about 8:45pm, some unknown bloke kept knocking on my door. I didn’t open it, but he claimed he was from Armstrong Solicitors and said he had court papers about a car accident I was involved in back in 2016 that I supposedly needed to sign! I was completely taken aback. He didn’t give up either - kept knocking and calling me repeatedly. Then he even sent a letter with a Quickdox logo on it. To make matters worse, he actually tried ringing the doorbell, which really spooked my kids. The very next day, around 4pm, it started all over again. I’m keeping an eye on all this because it feels like harassment, which is just not on. I’d decided not to deal with Armstrong Solicitors any more because they seemed more interested in themselves than helping me, but this behaviour was something else. Huge warning to everyone - watch out for this!

I didn’t open it, but they said they were from Armstrong Solicitors and had court papers relating to a car accident I’d supposedly had in 2016, asking me to sign them.

I was honestly stunned. The person kept knocking and calling me, then sent a letter with a Quickdox logo on it. They even tried the front door at one point, which really scared my kids.

Then, around 4pm the following day, it happened again. I’m keeping an eye on this because this kind of pestering is just not okay. I’d already decided Armstrong’s weren’t trustworthy and weren’t worth dealing with, but I never thought they’d behave this way. BEWARE, seriously!

Had a call from a firm named QuickDox after chatting with a pension review advisor. Seems they're meant to collect your pension info and verify your identity to pass on to the advisor. Not too sure about them though, so I didn’t share any personal info over the phone, even if they say they’re legit. Better safe than sorry!

I just got a call from some place dealing in debts, loans and ppi claims. They said they could help but then I checked, and turns out they aren’t registered with the FCA. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

They claimed it was about pensions and offered a free review of my current pension setup. Said they'd send someone round to have a look and needed my info. Then they said they’d call back in about a month with advice on how to avoid tax and improve my pension returns.
