I’m not from Bolton, which is where the call came from, bit don’t recognise 'tower family healthcentre' at all. Sounds like maybe some mix up by a receptionist entering the wrong number by mistake.

Got a call from this number the other day. It rang just a couple times then left a voicemail saying I’d missed a phone appointment and needed to reschedule because they’d supposedly tried calling me (which they didn’t). Confusing, since I never had an appointment to begin with. The message was really noisy too, so I couldn’t even catch which surgery in Bolton they were talking about - and all the folks I look after live over in Essex anyway. Strange!
