1 yearI got a robo call pretending to be my bank, saying there were several payments to Amazon and £800 sent through Western Union. It asked me to press 1 to confirm. I knew straight away it was dodgy, but pressed 1 anyway and got put through to someone who clearly wasn’t from my bank. When I asked what the call was about, they didn’t have a clue, but they recognised the robocall. I told them I’d pressed 1, and the person just laughed before hanging up.
