We agreed, and she asked for our date of birth under the guise of 'security reasons'. Once we provided it, she casually mentioned, 'I'll just enter that into the system'. Hardly seemed like a hefty security measure, did it? Then she mentioned her computer had crashed and promised she’d call us back. Alas, we’re still waiting for that callback.
