Got a call tonight and they wanted to speak to me. I didn’t say if it was me or not, just asked who was calling. There was loads of giggling from the woman on the phone and some noise in the background too. She said she was from some finance firm, but when I asked what it was about, she just ended the call.

someone wanted to talk to a mr something or other, i told them no mate, wrong number. then they asked for a mrs someone else, different name, i said no again, still the wrong number. then they just said alright and ended the call. never said what they wanted or which company they were from. my phone showed a bolton area code. called my mobile too, now i just block unknown calls.

answered because it showed a local dialling code. they said they were from some energy supplier. told them i was busy at work and had no time to chat. now they’re blocked.
