They hung up right after I picked up, then called again and did the exact same thing... so I just blocked the number.

Didn’t pick up but got a message from some service or other. The robotic voice was so annoying and squeaky, I couldn’t make out what they were saying at all! Ended up just hanging up anyway.

This tenancy deposit scheme has been ringing me non-stop for ages. I’ve had like two or three calls just this week alone, they keep pestering me all the time. They promised to remove my number but when I told them again just now, the woman went and hung up on me. Proper annoying!

I told him I’d already got my deposit back before and that my current letting agent handled it properly. After that, he just ended the call with a “Alright then, have a good one” and hung up. Quite suspicious if you ask me.
