Received a call at 12:47 on the 18th of September, 2013, but it cut off as soon as I answered. Upon checking this website, I noticed the name First Response, which rang a bell as a firm that has been hounding us for more than two years since a car accident that left us unscathed. Even after informing them of our lack of injuries, they insisted that a sum of at least £1000 had been earmarked for us. I requested that they cease all communications and duly registered with the Telephone Preference Service. There was peace for a few months until today. I’m now seriously considering escalating the issue to the Ombudsman.

Here I am once more! So, after those calls ceased, I received a ring from a company that didn’t bother leaving a number. It dawned on me what it was about, and I asked the chap to hold on a sec. I tossed the phone onto the bed and just let it sit there for about five minutes, and by the time I checked back, he’d vanished. I repeated that little stunt twice, and lo and behold, my number got handed over to 01970561118.

I've been receiving calls from a firm named First Response regarding a motor insurance claim. Over the course of a fortnight, I fielded around ten calls from them. Each time, I reiterated that it was merely a scrape on a wall with no other parties involved. Despite my repeated explanations, they kept calling. Eventually, they seemed to catch on and the calls finally ceased!
