On 18/9/13 at around 12.47pm, I got a call that ended as soon as I answered. Checking this number on here, it showed up as First Response, which I knew straight away. They’ve been hassling us for over two years about a car crash we were in - no injuries at all, mind. Even after telling them repeatedly, they claimed there was at least £1000 set aside for us. I asked them to stop calling and signed up with the TPS. Didn’t hear from them for a couple of months, but then the calls started again today. I reckon my next step will be taking it up with the Ombudsman.

Hey, it's me once more. After the calls finally stopped, I got a ring from a number that didn’t show up on caller ID. I knew straight away who it was and told the person on the line to hold on a sec. I dropped the phone onto the bed and walked off for about 5 minutes, and when I came back, the caller had hung up. Did this a couple of times, and then somehow they passed my number along to 01970561118.

So I've been getting calls from a firm claiming to be First Response about a car insurance claim. Over the last couple of weeks, they've called me around 10 times. I kept telling them it was just a scratch on a wall with no other party involved, but they kept pushing. After a while, they finally seemed to realise there was nothing more to it and stopped bothering me.
