Annoying phone call... They didn't provide any details. Quite a headache, to be honest.

Allansons Solicitors have only had this number since January, but before that, it was used by REDSTAR. REDSTAR is the dodgy firm that tries to get your bank details and that. Allansons have been great with me though. They don’t ask for personal info, just details about your claim. Then they send a letter for you to sign, no silly requests for loads of paperwork or private stuff. They’re definitely not scammers, they're a proper company. I’m one of their customers and got a decent payout from PPI, so believe me on this.

Its a ppi insurance firm. They were ringing me on a 0161 number before but now they switched to a 01204 one.

Got an automated call from Allinsons Solicitors telling me not to ring back as they’ll call again. They asked to phone a number if I want off their list. I blocked it straight away. It was pretty scary at first - what if they target old folks or people who might get stressed out? Really terrible behaviour.

They rang me sayin I'd got a refund from a Capital One credit card, but they're totally dodgy. If they call you, just tell 'em they're bein recorded and you'll be sendin all the details to the police, the feds, and whoever else might care. After I said that, the calls stopped. They're proper scammers!

I've received some inquiries related to my credit card, including my postcode and name as soon as I arrive home.

Just got a missed call from these lot. I rang back using a hidden number and they made me wait like ages to speak to someone. Then, they said no one was free and I should call again later. So frustrating!

Got a call about a refund. They claimed I’d get my money back on my credit card or loan! Total scam!

I received a call from someone with an Asian accent, inquiring about my credit card usage over the past decade. They even called me by my middle name, which I tend to use instead of my last name when I’m signing into websites at coffee shops and the like. I decided to cut the conversation short and didn’t allow him to continue with his questioning. Ended up blocking the number straight away.
