I've been getting phone rings like 3 or 4 times daily from a number in Bolton! Whenever I block one, they just ring back from a different Bolton number! The last time I picked up, there was this foreign lady on the line who could hardly speak English, asking weird questions about damp in my council flat and some insurance nonsense!
