Cheers for the info, really helpful. I’ve been in touch with this solar firm called Greenleaf based in Bournemouth. Strange thing is, they got my TSP number through some other company that went bust. I’m guessing that’s how they ended up with my details. Either way, I’m not keen on it and feel like they're pestering me. Not interested at all!

They’ve called me 4 times already, but I’ve blocked the number now. When I told them I’m on the TPS, this cheeky bloke said they got my number through the company that handles my solar panel payments. He tried to chat about green energy, but I told him straight up to never call again since I don’t deal with cold callers.

When I zoomed in on Google Maps to check where the number is supposedly based in Bournemouth, it pointed to a very precise spot. I ended up calling my network provider and they mentioned they'd get in touch with BT's Fraud Team to arrange for an Openreach engineer to come check it out.

If you take a closer look at the Google map, it pinpoints this caller's location right in Bournemouth-very precise indeed. I spoke to my telecom provider about it, and they've promised to reach out to the BT Fraud Detection team and even send an Open Reach engineer to investigate. Honestly, the more people report this, the better chance we have of getting these persistent callers shut down.
