Every time I pick up the phone, the call gets cut off immediately. I’ve received numerous calls over the past few months, and just yesterday, the same happened again. It’s utterly pointless, really.

Upon picking up the phone, there was a brief pause before a rather articulate gentleman introduced himself. He inquired if I was the property owner. When I mentioned that I was living in rented premises, he quickly apologised and disconnected the call. Strangely enough, this marks the second call I've received today from the same dialling code, with the previous one being from the number 01202818956.

Got a ring today from a number almost identical to one that called me earlier about loft insulation, but this time it was regarding wall insulation. The bloke was quite polite and sounded educated, a bit older than the chap who called before. I just stayed quiet on the line and he ended up hanging up. Then, only about five minutes after the first call, my other landline rang with the same pitch. These scam calls are proper annoying! I'd say they're risky 'cause they might trick people who aren’t as aware.
