This is by far the most advanced automated call I’ve come across. It actually interacts and asks you questions. People tend to assume it’s about loft insulation, but it’s definitely not a live person. When I asked if it was a human or a bot, it answered "that's right" and kept going. They dropped the call but rang back, starting again with "sorry, let me begin once more." It’s quite a clever system, so it’s not your typical scam. Hard to say much without more info, could well be a genuine sales lead thing, but no idea how reliable or good the service might be.
