I got a call from someone claiming to be "Instant Legal" saying I was in a car crash. I told them I’d actually died in that accident and that they were talking to a dead person. They just ended the call after that, and honestly, I have no clue why.

They called, using my name and even mentioned my old address. I told them I'd relocated, but they kept insisting on my new postcode, saying it was crucial for their survey. I gave them my general location but not the exact postcode, which seemed to annoy them. In the end, they just hung up on me.

Watch out for Select Energy Direct - they’re energy brokers but mostly scammers. I’ve seen loads of bad reviews all over the internet. They keep switching phone numbers, often using local area codes to trick you. Plus, they’re really pushy when they call, which is a big red flag. Be careful!
