Got a call telling me they’d charged me for Amazon Prime and to press 1 to get a refund. I pressed it and ended up talking to a lady who told me to install an app, which I did, but then I just hung up. Later, I looked at my bank and no money had been taken, and I don’t have Prime anyway. Total scam.

Later, I looked at my bank and no money was taken, and checked my Amazon account - I don't even have Prime. Definitely a scam!
