I received a missed call and decided to return it. Right from the start, I could hear some blaring music in the background, which was quite distracting. The caller soon hung up on me. Shortly after, they rang back to say sorry and mentioned something about Bournemouth and Ventura. They claimed we’d filled out some holiday questionnaire (which frankly, I don't recall doing) and that we’d won a hamper! It all sounded rather unbelievable, and I told them so before ending the call. Quite the odd experience, to say the least!
