Last Thursday afternoon, my elderly mum got a call from a woman named Kirsty who spun some tale about being in debt. Sadly, mum got talked into handing over her bank card details! I've had to sort everything out with the bank since then. Kirsty rang two more times the next Monday, which left my mum scared to even pick up the phone all week. I've blocked the number with BT now to stop it happening again.
