On the 28th of June, 2018, my sister got a call from a lady claiming that Safe Secure was now handling warranties for household appliances. She said if she needed a repair, there wouldn't be any cost for parts or labour. They asked for details about what items she had covered already. The caller gave a freephone number to ring back - 0800 061 4327 - which actually belongs to Shield Home Protect, a company doing repairs on home appliances. I noticed they used a similar tactic with the number 01202024512 before. I'd be cautious, this number might not be safe.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from S S Customer Services about an insurance for white goods I've never signed up for. When I asked for their company address, the caller just disconnected. That's the second time they've called me today.
