I've just discovered that I've been billed for calling this number, which I assumed was included at no extra cost in my plan since it's a local 01202 Bournemouth line. I was under the impression that all 01202 numbers were free to call, but after reaching out to my service provider, they've informed me that it appears the police are actually imposing charges to use this line. Honestly, I believe this is quite shocking, and it's high time that people are made aware of this situation.
