4 yearsReceived an unexpected phone call regarding loft insulation promotions. Quite the surprise!5 yearsThis number keeps calling me non-stop, and although I never pick up, they never leave a voicemail. I suspect it’s a scammer based on other people's experiences. Seems like I might have hit the nail on the head!5 yearsI've had quite the headache with a firm named "Eco Green Energy Centre Ltd." Their website claims they're situated in Cumbria, but funnily enough, they're using landline numbers originating from Bournemouth. It's quite clear they're up to no good, as they keep bombarding me with cold calls and other annoying contacts from a myriad of different numbers. At the moment, they're ringing from numbers that begin with 01202 1595, with the last two digits merrily varying from 01 all the way to 99. I've encountered callers introducing themselves as "Chris" and "David" - whoever they may be. Whenever I pose the question of how they obtained my details, they simply go silent (which surely violates GDPR regulations, don't you think?). It's as if they’ve found a way to dodge the Telephone Preference Service too. I've taken the liberty of reporting them to both the TPS and Action Fraud due to these dubious activities.Eco Green Energy Centre LtdCumbriaBournemouthChrisDavidTelephone Preference ServiceTPSAction Fraud5 yearsI picked up the phone and they ended the call straight away. This is just another scam call coming from around Bournemouth. Really wish something would be done about these!Bournemouth5 yearsAs soon as I said a word, they just cut me off and hung up. Strange behaviour!5 yearsI keep getting calls from 01202159526, usually a few times each day, but the last three numbers seem to change. They never bother to leave a message. When I try ringing them back, all I get is a weird message saying "the service cannot be connected." Feels like it's probably some kinda scam to me.5 yearsas soon as I picked up the phone they just clicked off. Seems like another dodgy call from Bournemouth. seriously, it's about time someone did something about all these scams.Bournemouth5 yearsReceived a call today offering a complimentary loft installation service. Curiosity piqued, I inquired about the details behind this so-called 'offer'. The chap on the other end mentioned it was simply a free survey to assess loft insulation. When I expressed further interest, I asked him to confirm my name and address, just to be sure I wasn’t dealing with a scammer. To my astonishment, he promptly hung up! I will be reporting this number to the police and Action Fraud posthaste.Action Fraud5 yearsI’ve had this chap named Chris ringing me incessantly, claiming he knows I’m the homeowner. Whenever I challenge him, asking for my address to prove his point, he hangs up. It’s been a right nuisance - I reckon it’s happened about twenty times in recent months. If I ever manage to catch him, I’d fancy giving him a taste of his own medicine by shoving his phone somewhere he wouldn’t be able to reach again, provided he hasn’t mastered the art of bending like a pretzel!Chris5 yearsI've had quite enough of this loft insulation lot! They never seem to disclose their identity, insisting they're our "local energy advisors." Local? Really? They’re all the way down in Bournemouth, while we’re situated in East Anglia. Yesterday alone, they rang me twice, and I’ve already had another call today! I’ve reported them more times than I can count, and yet they persist, bombarding me with calls from various numbers, all hailing from the same Bournemouth area. For the past couple of months, I've been inundated with daily interruptions-two or three calls a day-same company, just a new number each time. This is beyond tedious; it's outright harassment and I believe it warrants further action!BournemouthEast Anglia5 yearsI received a call from a chap who introduced himself as Chris, claiming to be the energy adviser for our locality. He mentioned he was aware that I owned the property. Naturally, I inquired, "Pardon? Who exactly are you?" At that moment, the call abruptly cut off.Chris5 yearsWe've experienced something quite similar; whenever we block one number, they ring us up again, but with the final three digits altered slightly. It's always the same bloke, Chris, using the same old tactics.Chris5 yearsI've been receiving persistent calls from someone named Chris, claiming to be the energy advisor for my locality. It’s rather frustrating! I've blocked the number several times, yet they somehow manage to wiggle past the barriers. Has anyone else encountered this annoyance?Chris5 yearsBlimey, it’s that Chris from the energy advice team, yet again! I inquired about my address, and he just hung up on me. What a nuisance!BlimeyChris5 yearsI've repeatedly been receiving calls from a bloke named Chris, claiming to represent my local energy provider. It’s quite evident from his number that he’s not legit. I’ve blocked him, but somehow he keeps managing to ring through. I really do wish Chris would get the hint and stop pestering me!Chris5 yearsThis caller claims to be peddling construction and insulation materials, but it’s clear they’re fishing for personal details to take advantage of unsuspecting folks - an absolute con artist! While the call appears to be coming from a landline in the UK, a reverse trace reveals it’s originating from Nigeria. I’ve tried blocking the number but it hasn’t done much good, as the individual has apparently acquired multiple numbers that follow the same pattern. They all seem to originate from the Bournemouth area, yet each call ultimately leads back to Nigeria. Such a nuisance!UKNigeriaBournemouth5 yearsReceived a call from someone named Chris, but the line seemed to cut off a couple of times. He attempted to pitch me some loft insulation and mentioned that he was just starting out with the firm. Quite peculiar, really.ChrisSubmit Your Own Report (01202 159526)
