Got a call from someone who didn’t tell me their name, started going on about my loft insulation being some outdated style that’s causing condensation. When I asked which company he was with, he said "Eco Green office." Then I asked if he was connected to the council, and right after that, he just hung up. Pretty clear to me it’s some kind of scam.

Got a call from this number earlier today, around late morning. With this crazy hot weather we’re having, it did make me think about my roof’s insulation a bit, but also made me suspicious it could be some dodgy offer or scam. I thought maybe I was overthinking it, so I asked if he could just send me an email with the details. Then he tried to insist he needed a few minutes on the phone to explain. I wasn’t having any of it and said no thanks, and he ended the call straight away.
