Somebody said they were from the "County Conservation Office," but when I didn't respond to their questions, they told me they couldn’t hear me and just hung up.

Somebody rang me saying they were from the County conservation office, asking about the insulation in my loft. They mentioned that fibreglass is apparently deemed dangerous now and that it should be replaced. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.
