The weird thing was, the voice answering sounded like a bot or something - all robotic and kept saying the same stuff over and over. Got a call from someone claiming to be an insulation consultant nearby. Got a ring from Chris at Green Eco Centre. When I wanted to know what they switched the old rock wool insulation with, he told me to wait for his manager’s call in about half an hour since he was still pretty new to the job! These muppets called me yesterday too, like they forgot we told them we don’t have government insulation in our loft. If they ask if you own the house, just say no and they usually bugger off.
