Got a call from this number claiming they were with the postcode lottery, saying they could give me loads of discounts if I just gave them my card details. Told them to sod off straight away.

my mum's 90 and lives by herself, when she got a call from this number. Lucky me, i managed to ring 1471 and got their digits. the person on the phone said they needed to come round tomorrow to check her loft, and claimed they’d been in touch before!

Got a call about roof insulation being done nearby "tomorrow" - looks like just another scam to me.

01202118853 called me and claimed my details are on some kind of “energy database” that I can't get off. He said he wasn’t trying to sell anything but just offering a free survey. When I told him I wasn’t interested, he insisted it was compulsory and that I’d be charged regardless. Sounds like a total scam to me.

Somebody rang me pretending to talk about roof insulation. As soon as I asked a single question, the bloke just cut me off. Obviously didn’t have a clue what he was on about. Proper irritating and quite impolite.

I just got a call from this number, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend picking up if you don’t know who it is. I let it go to voicemail and there was no one talking, just loads of noise in the background like people chatting. Ended up blocking the number straight away!

Got a call from 0202118853, some lad named Jamie claiming we were on a green energy sign-up list. That’s totally not right, probably from past owners or something. He was pushing some free survey about damp and condensation stuff. I passed the phone to my hubby who told him we aren’t interested. Feels like a dodgy sales pitch or even a scam.

Got a voicemail where they were just whistling into the phone, which was super odd and totally pointless.
