Got a call from Joe claiming to be with Nationwide Care. Honestly, he couldn’t care less about the Telephone Preference Service, BT Call Guardian, or even the legal stuff. Proper disrespectful.

The monthly fee is definitely more affordable now, which is brilliant. I ended up having a lovely conversation with a really friendly guy who was super helpful - honestly, I was giggling the whole way through, plus he had such a nice voice! I’m feeling a lot better overall because of it. Pretty sure his name was Michael, but don’t quote me on that!

I've had this number ring me quite a few times now, always inquiring about my wife. The moment I pick up the phone, they either hang up or cut off as soon as I mention my business name while greeting them. It’s rather peculiar, really. On one occasion, my wife was able to answer and told them outright that we only communicate in written form for business matter, and under no circumstances do we share banking or card information over the phone. They always respond with a promise to send us something in writing, yet amusingly, we’ve yet to see a single follow-up!

Got a call from some bloke saying he was with Nationwide Care, trying to give me a deal on plumbing insurance because apparently I hadn’t claimed anything in a year. I told him my plumbing insurance was with Severn Trent, and then he just said he’d update their details and then cut me off. Pretty clear that was a scam.

I've been getting nonstop calls from these people claiming I've got drain insurance with them, which is totally not true as I've never signed up for anything like that. They're honestly the worst kind of nuisance, always pestering me every couple of days trying to get cash out of me. Most of the time I just cut the call off and say it's nothing to do with me, but it really does get on my nerves.

Got a call from a guy with a London accent saying he was with 'Nationwide Drainage Insurance'. He mentioned I was due a discount since I hadn’t made any claims recently. I told him I wasn’t sure about the company, then he claimed it was linked to my usual insurer and started asking for my address and bank info. Watch out for this one!

I had quite an annoying experience with this caller who wouldn't take a hint. He kept phoning my elderly mum throughout the day, saying he could help her cut costs on her utility bills. Thankfully, she’s sharp as a tack and knew better than to share any personal banking information. When he pressed for her details, she swiftly ended the call.

They didn’t drop a message or anything. When I rang back, it went straight to one of those automated voices saying “Your call is important, please hold for the next operator.” I didn’t bother waiting around to see if anyone would pick up.
