A friendly woman answered, saying she was an energy advisor for my region. I asked why she was cold calling me when my number is on the TPS list. She seemed to imply that maybe my number wasn’t on there after all since she got through. I’m not sure how the TPS system operates, but I’m certain I’ve registered my number!
