Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent. She asked if I was the homeowner and then wanted to know where I normally park my car. She said something about a driveway survey, but I told her I wasn’t interested and hung up. Hopefully, this sort of call gets banned with the new rules about cold calls.

Got called two times in less than 5 minutes, last three numbers on the caller ID changed like an extension or something. They mentioned something about driveways but when I told them we don't have one, I just ended the call.

She asked if I was the person who lived at the address, but I chose not to respond. Even though they called me, she had no clue what my name was. Then she said she wanted to ask some questions to check if I could get help with the expenses. She asked again if I was the householder, but I still didn’t answer, and then she just ended the call!

When I asked what company she was calling from, she hesitated and then said something like “Loft Survey Company.” I joked if her mum would be proud of her being a scammer, and she actually said “yes” back! Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely a scam call, not based here in the UK. These sorts of calls are really dangerous because they target folks who might be vulnerable or elderly. Really shameful behaviour.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with 02, saying I could get a 40% discount on my phone bill. Right after they called, they warned me not to pick up any other calls. They mentioned that during the call I'd get two messages where I had to punch in my personal stuff like bank details. When they asked which network I used, I just ended the call. Definitely a scam.

I got a call from someone saying they do roof surveys for free. Felt a bit iffy about it, like maybe a scam or something. Didn't really trust the whole "free" offer, so I didn't bother giving them any info. Just a heads up in case anyone else gets the same call.
