This number has rung me a few times now, and I usually try not to answer, but occasionally I do get caught out. It’s a firm that claims to do checks for damp and condensation caused by old insulation, but really they’re pushing their insulation products. They kept bringing up a government grant, but I’m pretty sure that’s not available anymore. When I asked if they were approved by the council, they abruptly ended the chat with a ‘have a nice day’. Best to just ignore these annoying calls.
