7 monthsGot a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming I was eligible for some free boiler programme. I asked her which part of the UK she was ringing from, but she couldn’t say. When I said they’d need to speak to me instead, the person with an accent clearly reading from a script, insisted on talking to my husband again. Eventually, they claimed I’d been eligible for a free boiler replacement. I told them I wasn’t and didn’t want one, but they kept pushing. I had to repeat myself and finally told them they were trying to scam me before hanging up.
