Someone called Lee from Warm House, said he was an energy adviser, rang me at 12:20 on 11th November. He kept chatting about loft insulation, saying my number popped up since the house supposedly had a government scheme before and it’s time to upgrade. Problem is, we’ve never had any scheme like that. Basically, they were trying to sell me new insulation. Don’t trust their TOS, it’s useless.

Got a call from Fenella at "Warmer Homes" about loft insulation. I told her I’m on the TPS and her call broke the rules. She claimed it wasn’t against any laws, but did say she’d remove my number from their list. Definitely add this number to your block list!

Got a call from this number around lunchtime, some lady about loft insulation or summat. Her voice was really muffled and when I asked who she was and where she was calling from, she just swore and hung up on me. Got a call at 12:21 on 21st August 2018 from a bloke claiming to be from Warmer Homes. He asked for me by name and told me my loft insulation rating had been dropped to a D, then asked when it had been fitted. I asked where he got my info and he said it was from the Government Energy Database. I pointed out I’m on the TPS and he really shouldn’t be ringing me. Definitely some dodgy lot trying to trick people.

I called back just because I was curious. The first time, they just ended the call without a word. The second time, someone picked up and said they were from Warmer Homes in Bournemouth, calling with some info to share. The woman mentioned the manager was tied up and his name was Jordan, but she didn’t know his last name. There's definitely a Warmer Homes insulation business in Poole though.

Got a call from a lady who was really convincing and actually knew my name and number, which felt strange since my number isn’t in any public directory. She said she was from Warmer Homes, but when I looked them up online, they seem to be based in Cardiff and don’t have any offices in Bournemouth. At first, I agreed to have a guy called Gary Webb come round and check my loft for damp, but after googling the number, I decided to call them back and cancel the appointment. I’ve also blocked the number now.
