Avoid 1&1 at all costs. They keep charging me extra fees that I never signed up for. I tried to raise a complaint, but no luck. Then debt collectors started ringing me demanding payment for stuff I never agreed to buy. I paid it off just to stop the hassle. Even after settling on the minimum fees, they’re still taking more money from my account. What was supposed to be about £100 ended up being closer to £800! Totally ridiculous.

Bought a domain from 1&1 last Friday and now by Monday morning I’m getting bombarded with calls from this number plus loads of withheld ones, all trying to sell me stuff I don’t want or need. When you keep saying no thanks, they can get pretty rude. Best advice is to just hang up on calls from withheld numbers. 1&1 really needs to get their act together, either stop sharing customers’ info or find out if it’s some dodgy staff member doing this.

So, this is a firm called Astute hired to try and upsell stuff to 1&1 clients. They’ll tell you loads of rubbish just to convince you to get another plan. Just hang up and ring 1&1 sales straight on 0333 336 5327 if you want a proper deal and the real info.

Got a call from a woman with a Spanish accent yesterday and today saying she was from 1and1 about my domain plan. Never pick up and just say "yes" or reply "yes" to any of their questions. This number keeps calling and then dropping the call because they're aiming to catch you saying "yes" on record. If you dont say it, they just hang up and ring back later.

1&1 sales team are so frustrating! I signed up for their email hosting but kept missing emails all the time. Rang their tech support a couple of times, but no one really helped! They keep automatically renewing the service even after I cancelled it multiple times, and charging me too! Eventually I stopped the Direct Debit, but they still keep phoning me non-stop, it’s so irritating!
