Got a call from some company called South West Drains, saying I owe £171 for renewing a contract via direct debit. I ended up arguing with them, got a bit loud, and told them straight up I wasn’t paying anything. They just hung up on me. The woman on the phone was called something like Lianna or Diana, though I’m not totally sure. She was really pushy! I’ve since blocked the number on my BT phone, so no more hassle. Don’t give them any of your info!
