Then he goes on about the Government supposedly adding extra to people’s life insurance. I didn’t spill any details, just ended the chat. Quite weird, honestly.

That didn’t make sense since the address wasn’t mine, something a real NHS person would know. Then they just said "####" and cut me off! Total rubbish, DO NOT trust these calls!

I've had a rather dubious call myself not too long ago. Someone rang me claiming to be from the NHS Covid team, insisting they were verifying vaccination status. However, their questions swiftly turned invasive-asking about the number of people in my home, their ages, and then they attempted to pry into my address details. I pointed out that the NHS should already have all this information, considering how long things have been in flux. When I raised my suspicions about it possibly being a scam, they accused me of being unhelpful! I decided enough was enough, ended the call and blocked their number. They claimed to be from some Debt Advice charity. When I asked if it was genuine, they sent me to their website. Even though I told them quite clearly I wouldn’t share any personal info on the phone, especially since they called me out of the blue, they kept pressing me for details about loans, mortgages and other debts. It didn’t feel right at all. I’d be really careful with this lot.

I kept getting loads of calls every day from a really pushy sales woman. She clearly knew I wasn’t interested, but just wouldn’t stop. At one point she asked if I was following what she was saying, and I told her it was going straight over my head, but she acted like I was totally on board.
