i picked up and they just cut me off. looked up the number and blocked it straight away.

I wasnt sure which company it was, so I called the number back after they rang me. The auto-answer told me to press 2 to take my number off their list, but then it connected me to customer service. The lady said it was a survey company. I asked her to remove my number, but she wanted me to give my phone number first. I told her no, as I wasnt comfortable sharing it and wasnt sure how they even got hold of it in the first place.

I’ve received quite a few calls in the past six months inquiring about accidents, and despite saying I wasn’t interested, they keep pressing on. They even probe into whether anyone in my family has had an incident. It’s rather tiresome. Got a call from a number, I’m from near Clitheroe so I picked up. The person had a foreign accent and asked for me by name, seemed to know my old address but wanted my current address and postcode before asking some questions.
