Got my dad one of those dodgy emails pretending to be from Paypal, saying there was some weird transaction. He called the number on the message straight from his phone. Since then, the same lot have been ringing him over and over trying to trick him outta his money with all that phishing and bitcoin nonsense. Proper scam stuff.
